Please review and confirm your understanding of the following before making your reservation:

• All guests are required to be registered with the Arrowhead Lake Rental Office. Upon confirming your booking, your host will reach out to collect information about the total number of guests and vehicles being brought into the community. This information needs to be submitted to the Rental Office no later then 72 hours prior to check-in. It is your responsibility to supply your host with the required information in a timely manner so the registration process can be completed on time. Any additional late fees incurred as a result of untimely delivery of this information will be added to your reservation.

• Arrowhead Lake charges renters additional fees that are separate from your booking. These fees will be paid on your behalf upfront and then added on to your booking. Please factor in the following fees before confirming your booking:

  • Amenity Usage Fee (Fall, Winter, Spring): $2.00 / person per night

  • Amenity Usage Fee (Memorial Day - Labor Day): $8.50 / person per night

  • Vehicle Gate Acess Card: $20 per vehicle for the entire stay

  • Administrative Fee: $20 per reservation

    
    

• MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25. This is an HOA rule. Please ensure the person placing the reservation for your group is at least 25 or you will be denied entry into the community at the Rental Office.

• Please review our House Rules on the About page before confirming your booking. Your booking of the property will serve as your agreement to follow all House Rules during your stay.
